Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we’re unable to accept returns. However, we’re committed to ensuring you have an exceptional experience with Inara Vancouver. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to help us resolve the issue promptly.

If you receive the wrong item or experience any other issues with your order, let us know within 7 business days, and we’ll make it right.

Final Sale Items

All sale, discounted, clearance, and closeout items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Gift cards also do not qualify for returns.
